FunJoin's Issues feature makes tracking the steps your team takes to solve problems easy.
Teammates can add Notes to Issues. In these Notes, they can provide updates, Mention other teammates, or attach photos, videos, and files.
In the Admin Panel, you have all the tools you need to manage your Issues:

Add Note to an Issue
Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Navigation
Find Issue in Issue Management Table
Click on the Issue to open
Insert Note in Add Note Text Field
(Optional: Tag Employee) Insert “@” symbol in Add Note Text Field
(Optional: Tag Employee) Select Employee from Employee Dropdown
(Optional: Add Attachment) Tap “Attach File” Button
(Optional: Add Attachment) Select relevant photo, document or video from Computer
Tap “Send” Button
