Tap Issues in Tab Bar
Tap the “+” Button
Select Issue Type from Issue Type List
Enter Issue Description in Description Text Box
(Optional: Tag Employee) Enter “@” in symbol in Description Textbox
(Optional: Tag Employee) Select Employee or Admin from Employee List Dropdown
Select Location from Location Dropdown
(Optional: Tag Participant) Tap “Add Participant(s)” Link/Button
(Optional: Tag Participant) Enter Participant Name in Search Bar
(Optional: Tag Participant) Tap “Add” Button next to Participant's Name
(Optional: Tag Participant) Tap “Add Student” Button
(Optional: Add Attachment) Tap “Browse Files” Button
(Optional: Add Attachment) Select option from Attach File Options List
Tap “Create” Button

Take a Photo
Take Photo
Tap Use Photo
Crop or Rotate if Needed
Tap Done
Pick Photos from Gallery
