FAQ's

Is the Employee Mobile App for my Customers?

No, the Employee Mobile App is not for your Customers. It is a tool for your team (employees, staff, volunteers, etc.). Your Customers will manage their Reservations through the Customer Hub, which is an extremely mobile-friendly website.

Where can I download the Employee Mobile App?

You can download the FunJoin App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

I am having issues with my FunJoin App. Where can I go for help?

We suggest you check out our Help with Mobile App Troubleshooting Guide. If you are still having problems, we recommend you contact our team.

Can my Participants check themselves in/out via the Mobile App?

We do not recommend having your Participants check themselves in and out via the Employee Mobile App. Remember, the Mobile App contains your Participants' data, documents, and forms -- which can include sensitive medical and financial information. You only want to grant access to approved members of your team. You do not want Participants using your Employee Mobile App because they could access information about other Participants. In addition, having your team members manage this task will lead to more accurate attendance tracking.

Do all my employees need to use the Mobile App?

It's up to you! You do not need all your employees to use the Employee Mobile App. You can grant access to your entire team, or only to team members who need its features and information to fulfill their job functions. You decide what is right for you.

Example: A Summer Camp may have its Executive Director and Lead Counselors use the Employee Mobile App, but not the Junior Counselors and Counselors-in-Training.
