Steps:

  1. Access Manage Payment Plan

  2. In "Manage Payment Plan" Modal Window:

    1. Click "Reservations" Tab

    2. Click Checkbox to select Credit

    3. Click "Reschedule" Button

    4. Reschedule Session or Program
