Overview
You can use the Manage Payment Plan Feature to edit the Installments in a Customer's Payment Plan. You can edit the Installment Date or Installment Amount for every Installment. This gives you tremendous flexibility to adjust your Payment Plans to match your Customers' needs.

Edit Installment Date
Steps:
In "Manage Payment Plan" Modal Window:
Click "Edit Installments" Tab
Find Installment
On Installment, click Edit Button (Pencil)
Insert updated date or select updated date from the Calendar
Click "Save" Button
Insert Reason to Reason Text Field
Click "Be Mindful - Action Irreversible" Checkbox
Click "Update Installment" Button
Edit Installment Amount
Steps:
In "Manage Payment Plan" Modal Window:
Click "Edit Installments" Tab
Find Installment
On Installment, click Edit Button (Pencil)
Insert updated Installment Amount to Currency Field
Click "Save" Button
If Scholarship Discount: Click Balance Change Due to Scholarship Checkbox
Insert Reason to Reason Text Field
Click "Be Mindful - Action Irreversible" Checkbox
Click "Update Installment" Button
