Learn How To Cancel (and Refund) Reservations Tied to a Payment Plan

Overview

You can use the Manage Payment Plan Feature to cancel reservations and refund the Installments. You can Cancel AND Refund, or Only Cancel the Reservation (and keep the Installments).

Cancel / Refund

Steps:

  1. Access Manage Payment Plan

  2. In "Manage Payment Plan" Modal Window:

    1. Click "Cancel / Refund" Tab

    2. Click Checkbox(es) to select Credit(s)

    3. Click "Be Mindful - Action Irreversible" Checkbox

    4. Only Cancel Reservations

      1. Click "Only Cancel Reservations" Button

    5. Cancel & Refund

      1. Click "Cancel & Refund" Button

      2. Proceed with Granting a Refund
