Step-by-Step Instructions

Create Payment Plan

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click on "Payment" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click on "Payment Plans" Sub Tab

  4. Click on "+ Plan" Button to open Create Payment Plan Page

  5. Insert Payment Plan Name in Name Text Field

  6. Select Plan Type from Payment Plan Type Dropdown

  7. Insert Plan Description in Description Text Field

  8. Select Programs, Sessions, or both from Usable for Schedules Dropdown

  9. Select Offerings from Usable for Offerings Dropdown

  10. Select Locations from Usable for Locations Dropdown

  11. Optional: Add Payment Plan Set-up Fee

    1. Toggle Payment Plan Set-Up Fee to "On"

    2. Insert Fee Amount in Amount Currency Field

    3. Insert Fee Description in Description Text Field

  12. Optional: Add Late Payment Fee

    1. Toggle Late Payment Fee to "On"

    2. Insert Fee Amount in Amount Currency Field

    3. Insert Fee Description in Description Text Field

  13. Set Deadline:

    1. (Option 1) Flexible Date

      1. Set Payment Plan Deadline Slider to "Flexible Date"

      2. Insert number of days in Days Before Reservation Text Field

    2. (Option 2) Fixed Date

      1. Set Payment Plan Deadline Slider to "Fixed Date"

      2. Insert date in Last Installment Date Date Field

  14. Optional: Add a First Installment Date

    1. Add Payment Plan Set-up Fee (See Above)

    2. Insert date in First Installment Date Date Field

  15. Optional: Override Full 100% Payment Requirement (Fixed Date Deadline Only)

    1. Click to expand "Advanced Settings"

    2. Click "Allow for programs starting before the last installment date" Checkbox

  16. Click "Create" Button (Upper Right Corner)
