Rescheduling Sessions and Programs

Reschedule a Session

Steps:

  1. Click "Customers" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Find Customer on Customers Page

  3. Click on Customer Name to open Customer Profile

  4. Click to select Participant

  5. Open "Upcoming Schedule" Tab

  6. Find Session you want to Reschedule

  7. Click on “More Options” Button

  8. Click Reschedule Button to open Rescheduling Page

  9. Select Location from Location Dropdown

  10. Choose new Session Date and click that date on the Calendar

  11. On right-hand side, click “Select” button next to new Session

  12. (If Complimentary) Click Complimentary Reschedule Checkbox

  13. (If Fee Applies) Add Reschedule Cost/Fee in Reschedule Cost Textbox

  14. (If Fee Applies) Select Card on File or Add New Card

  15. (Optional: Add Note) Enter Reason for Rescheduling in Reason Textbox

  16. Confirm all Rescheduling Details

  17. Click Reconfirmed Dates and Policy with Customer Checkbox

  18. Click “Confirm” Button

Reschedule a Program

Steps:

  1. Click "Customers" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Find Customer on Customers Page

  3. Click on Customer Name to open Customer Profile

  4. Click to select Participant

  5. Open Upcoming Schedule Tab

  6. Find Program you want to Reschedule

  7. Click on “More Options” Button

  8. Click "Reschedule" Button

  9. On Rescheduling Page, ensure your Program selection is correct

  10. Select Location from Location Dropdown

  11. Choose new Schedule Set and click to select

  12. On right-hand side, click “Select” Button next to new Program

  13. Confirm Rescheduling Details are correct

  14. (If Complimentary) Click Complimentary Reschedule Checkbox

  15. (If Fee Applies) Add Reschedule Cost/Fee in Reschedule Cost Textbox

  16. (If Fee Applies) Select Card on File or Add New Card

  17. (Optional: Add Note) Enter Reason for Rescheduling in Reason Textbox

  18. Click Reconfirmed Dates and Policy with Customer Checkbox

  19. Click “Confirm” Button
