Reschedule a Session
Steps:
Click "Customers" in Top Menu Bar
Find Customer on Customers Page
Click on Customer Name to open Customer Profile
Click to select Participant
Open "Upcoming Schedule" Tab
Find Session you want to Reschedule
Click on “More Options” Button
Click Reschedule Button to open Rescheduling Page
Select Location from Location Dropdown
Choose new Session Date and click that date on the Calendar
On right-hand side, click “Select” button next to new Session
(If Complimentary) Click Complimentary Reschedule Checkbox
(If Fee Applies) Add Reschedule Cost/Fee in Reschedule Cost Textbox
(If Fee Applies) Select Card on File or Add New Card
(Optional: Add Note) Enter Reason for Rescheduling in Reason Textbox
Confirm all Rescheduling Details
Click Reconfirmed Dates and Policy with Customer Checkbox
Click “Confirm” Button
Reschedule a Program
Steps:
Click "Customers" in Top Menu Bar
Find Customer on Customers Page
Click on Customer Name to open Customer Profile
Click to select Participant
Open Upcoming Schedule Tab
Find Program you want to Reschedule
Click on “More Options” Button
Click "Reschedule" Button
On Rescheduling Page, ensure your Program selection is correct
Select Location from Location Dropdown
Choose new Schedule Set and click to select
On right-hand side, click “Select” Button next to new Program
Confirm Rescheduling Details are correct
(If Complimentary) Click Complimentary Reschedule Checkbox
(If Fee Applies) Add Reschedule Cost/Fee in Reschedule Cost Textbox
(If Fee Applies) Select Card on File or Add New Card
(Optional: Add Note) Enter Reason for Rescheduling in Reason Textbox
Click Reconfirmed Dates and Policy with Customer Checkbox
Click “Confirm” Button
