Overview

Manage Payment Plan is a powerful, intuitive tool you can use to administer Payment Plans for your Customers. You can access this feature in the Customer's History Tab, the Participant's Profile, or the Payment Plan Details Page.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Via History Tab

Steps:

  1. Click "Customers" in Top Navigation

  2. Find Customer in the Customer Management Table

  3. Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile

  4. Click on "History" Tab

  5. Find Order

  6. Click More Options Button (Three Dots)

  7. Click "Manage Payment Plan" Button

Via Participant's Reservation

Steps:

  1. Click "Customers" in Top Navigation

  2. Find Customer in the Customer Management Table

  3. Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile

  4. Click Participant Name to open the correct Participant Profile

  5. Find Reservation in "Upcoming Schedule" or "Attendance Records" Tabs

  6. On Reservation, Click More Options Button (Three Dots)

  7. Click "View Order" Button

  8. On Order, click More Options Button (Three Dots)

  9. Click "Manage Payment Plan" Button

Via Payment Plan Details

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click on "Payment" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click on "Payment Plans" Sub Tab

  4. Click on "Payment Plan Details" Button

  5. Find Payment Plan in Payment Plan Details Table

  6. Click More Options Button (Three Dots)

  7. Click "Manage Payment Plan" Button
