Overview
FunJoin makes it simple to manage your Customers' Scheduled Sessions and Programs (Reservations). If you need to Cancel Reservations, FunJoin makes the process fast and intuitive. You can cancel Scheduled Sessions and Programs from the Participant Profile Page or the View Day Page.
Returned Credits
In most cases, canceling a Session or Program Reservation will return a Credit to the Customer's Account.
🔎 Getting to Know Returned Credits
Canceling an individual Session will return a Session Credit to the Customer's Account.
Canceling an entire Program will return a Program Credit to the Customer's Account.
Canceling a Session out of a Program will not return a Session Credit or a Program Credit to the Customer's Account.
The Returned Credits can be used to Schedule another Session or Program or can be Refunded and Deleted.
🔔 Reminder:
Canceling a Session or Program does not grant the Customer a Refund. Refunds are granted independently of Cancellations.
☀️ Tip:
Credits Help you “Save the Sale”
If a Customer wants to cancel, you’ll have the option to remove their Session or Program Reservation and return their Session or Program Credit. That way, their returned Credit can be redeemed to Schedule a new available Session or Program in the future. Instead of losing a sale, you’ll be gaining a happy customer!
Instead of immediately refunding the amount the Customer Paid, you can offer the opportunity to Schedule a different Session or Program.
Cancellation Emails
When a Session or Program is Canceled in the Admin Panel, the Customer will receive a Cancelation Email.
You can edit and adjust the Cancellation Email in the "Emails" Tab.

Canceling from the Participant Profile
Cancel a Session
Steps:
Click "Customers" in Top Navigation
Find Customer in Customer Management Table
Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile
Find Participant on Customer Profile
Click Participant Name to open Participant Profile
Find Session in "Upcoming Schedule" Tab
Click More Options Button (Three Dots)
Click "Cancel Session" Button
Cancel an Entire Program
