Overview

You create Description Templates that can be quickly added to multiple different Schedule Sets.

Description Templates are meant to be "reusable" and can be applied to multiple Schedule Sets. This makes the Schedule Set Descriptions easy to reuse month after month, year after year.

You can also create "one-off" Custom Descriptions.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Create Description Template

Steps:

  1. Click "Schedules" in Top Navigation

  2. Click Gear Button (Next to "Schedules")

  3. Click "See Description Templates" Button to open Description Templates Page

  4. Click "+ Template" Button

  5. In "Create New Description Template" Modal Window:

    1. Insert Template Name in Template Name Text Field

    2. Insert Description Title in Description Title Text Field

    3. (Optional) Insert Description Subtitle in Description Subtitle Text Field

    4. Insert details/information in Details of this Description Text Field

    5. (Optional) Upload photos or videos

      1. Click "Browse Files" Button

      2. Select photos/videos from your computer

      3. Click "Open" Button

    6. Click "Create New Template" Button

Preview Description Template

Steps:

  1. Click "Schedules" in Top Navigation

  2. Click Gear Button (Next to "Schedules")

  3. Click "See Description Templates" Button to open Description Templates Page

  4. Find Description Template

  5. Click More Options Button (Three Dots)

  6. Click "Preview" Button

Add Template to New or Existing Schedule Set

Steps:

  1. Open Create Schedule Set or Edit Schedule Set Page

  2. Find "Schedule's Description" Section

  3. Toggle on "Schedule's Description"

  4. Select Template from Description Templates Dropdown

  5. Click "Save" Button (Upper-Right)
