Overview

You can add Custom Descriptions to the Schedule Sets you create. This is perfect for giving as many details as you need to get your Customers excited and educated about what they are signing up for.

Custom Descriptions are meant to be used only once, and are created on the Add or Edit Schedule Set Pages. If desired, Custom Descriptions can be also saved as Templates for future use.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Create Custom Description

Steps:

  1. Open Create Schedule Set or Edit Schedule Set Page

  2. Toggle on "Schedule's Description"

  3. Select "+ Add New Description" from Description Templates Dropdown

  4. In "Create New Description" Modal Window:

    1. Insert Description Title in Description Title Text Field

    2. (Optional) Insert Description Subtitle in Description Subtitle Text Field

    3. Insert Details in Details of this Description Text Field

    4. (Optional) Upload photos or videos

      1. Click "Browse Files" Button

      2. Select photos/videos from your computer

      3. Click "Open" Button

    5. (Optional) Turn Custom Description into Template

      1. Click "Save this as a Template for future use" Checkbox

      2. Insert Template Name in Template Name Text Field

    6. Click "Create New Custom Description" Button

Preview Custom Description

Steps:

  1. Open Create Schedule Set or Edit Schedule Set Page

  2. Find "Schedule's Description" Section

  3. Click "Preview" Button
