Overview

FunJoin's Custom Documents Feature allows you to create customized Document Templates. These Templates control how your Custom Documents operate, and each Custom Document can have its own settings.

🔎 Getting to Know: Custom Document Template Settings

Template Name: Name given to the Documents created from this Template. The Document's name will be visible to your Users and Customers.


Description: Details that will accompany the Document in the Customer Hub. In the Description, you can provide more information and instructions for signing.


Document Expires: Determines if and when the Signed Document will Expire. You can have the Document Expire on a Set Date or Set Number of Days after Signing. Learn More

Hide Document on Employee Mobile App: If enabled, the Document will not appear in the EMA. Document will still be accessible via the Admin Panel.

Can be Signed in Customer Hub: If enabled, Customers can upload the Signed Document via the Uploader.

Internal Review Required: Enables Document Review. Documents that "Require Reivew" can be reviewed once submitted by the Customer/Participant. Document must be reviewd and approved before being accepted as "Signed." Learn More


Step By Step Instructions

Create Custom Document Template

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click "Documents" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click the “+ Template” Button

  4. In Select Template Type Modal Window:

    1. Click to select "Custom Document Template"

  5. Insert Name in Template Name Text Field

  6. (If Needed) Insert Description in Description Text Field

  7. (If Needed) Turn on Document Expiration

    1. Select Set Date or After a Set Number or Days in Document Expires Dropdown

    2. Insert Date or Number of Days

  8. (If Needed) Turn On Hide Document on Employee Mobile App

    1. Click Hide on Employee Mobile App Checkbox

  9. (If Needed) Turn on Document Review

    1. Click "Internal Review Required" Check Box

  10. (If Needed) Add Attachments

    1. Click “Browse Files” Button under Attachments

    2. Select File from the Computer

    3. Click “Open”

  11. (Suggested) Review Custom Document in Mobile Device Preview

  12. Click “Save” Button (Upper-Right Corner)
