Create Custom Document Template

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click Documents Tab to open Document Templates Page

  3. Click Custom Documents Tab

  4. Click the “+Add Custom Template” Button

  5. Enter Document Name in Name for new Template Text Box

  6. Click "Apply" Button

  7. (If Needed) Create Document Requirement (Turn On Automatic Assignment)

    1. Click "Create Document" Check Box

    2. Select Locations in Locations Dropdown

    3. Select Offerings in Offerings Dropdown

  8. (If Needed) Turn on Document Expiration

    1. Select Set Date or After a Set Number or Days in Document Expires Dropdown

    2. Enter Date or Number of Days

  9. (If Needed) Turn on Document Review

    1. Click "Document requires verification by employee" Check Box

  10. (If Needed) Enter Document Description in Description Text Box

  11. (If Needed) Add Attachments

    1. Click “Browse Files” Button under Attachments

    2. Select File from the Computer

    3. Click “Open”

  12. Click “Save” Button
