Overview
In FunJoin, you can add Schedule Set Descriptions to the Schedule Sets you create.
With your Schedule Set Descriptions, you can provide more information about the activities and experiences offered during your programming. These Descriptions are an excellent way to inform your Customers and Participants about the amazing services you offer.
Schedule Set Descriptions will display in the Customer Hub on the View Availability Page and the Schedule Dates Page. When clicked, the Schedule Set Description will "pop-up" in a Modal Window. In addition, your Customers can share your Schedule Set Descriptions.

In your Schedule Set Description, you can add:
An overview of the activities Participants will enjoy
Daily or weekly schedules
Information on special events, excursions, or themed days
Benefits Participants will experience
Profiles of instructors or event leaders
You can use the same Schedule Set Description for every Schedule Set you create, or every Schedule Set can have its own unique Description. The possibilities are endless!

Label/Name that the Template will have in FunJoin. (Not visible to Customers)
Description Title
Main heading that introduces and summarizes the Schedule Set Description. Often, this is also the name of the Schedule Set.

Schedule Set Descriptions are created as Custom Descriptions or Description Templates.

Description Templates are meant to be "reusable" and can be applied to multiple Schedule Sets. This makes the Schedule Set Descriptions easy to reuse month after month, year after year. Usually, you will create these on the Description Templates Page.
βCustom Descriptions

Custom Descriptions are meant to be used only once, and are created on the Add or Edit Schedule Set Pages. If desired, Custom Descriptions can be also saved as Templates for future use.
