Overview
Customers can purchase Reservations via an Invoice. Remember, in FunJoin a Reservation is a Scheduled Session or Program.
When an Invoice for Reservations is Paid, the Participant will be added to the Schedule.
In addition, you can Create an Invoice for Credits and Create an Invoice for Custom Charges.

Create Invoice for Reservation
Steps:
Click "Customers" in Top Navigation
Find Customer in Customer Management Table
Click on Customer Name to open Customer Profile
Click the "Schedule & Pay" Button
Select a FUNBOX
Select Participant from Participant Dropdown
Select Location from Location Dropdown
Select Desired Session(s) or Program(s)
Click the "Submit" Button
(Optional) Click "Add Promo Code" to Add Promo Code
(Optional) Click Edit Button to Edit Total Price
Click Reconfirmed Dates with Customer Checkbox
Click the "Pay and Schedule Dates" Button
Select "Send Invoice" for Payment Option
Click Customer notified of Cancel Policy Checkbox
Click "Send Invoice" Button
Custom Price for Reservation Invoices:
When Creating an Invoice for Reservations, you have the option to Set a Custom Price, Grant a Scholarship, or Make the Credit Complimentary.
