Discover How You Can Allow Your Customers to Pay With an Invoice in the Customer Hub

Overview

If the Invoice Payment Option is enabled, Customers can select the option to pay for their reservations via Invoice at Checkout in the Customer Hub.

If Customers select the "Pay by Invoice" Option, an Invoice will be automatically generated via Stripe.

πŸ”” Reminder

If the Customer is paying for their reservations via an Invoice, they will not be added to the Schedule until the Invoice is Paid.

🚨 Caution

Allowing your Customers to pay for reservations with Invoices adds complexity and additional work. We recommend you fully understand the implications before enabling.


Step-By-Step Instructions

Turn On the Invoice Payment Option

Steps:

  1. Find Invoice Payment Option Section

  2. Toggle to "On"

  3. Insert details, instructions, etc. in Description Message Text Field

  4. Save:

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Proceed with FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button

Turn Off the Invoice Payment Option

Steps:

  1. Find Invoice Payment Option Section

  2. Toggle to "Off"

  3. Save:

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Proceed with FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button
