Discover How To Enable and Disable FunPay.

Overview

When the Credits & Packages Page is set to "Show," FunPay is enabled in the FUNBOX.

This will allow Customers to purchase Credits and/or Packages of Credits.


​
Customers can purchase Credits first and then select the Sessions and/or Programs they want to enroll in. They can them redeem their Credits to enroll in their selected Sessions and/or Programs.
​
​When FunPay is enabled, Customers can purchase their Credits "Now" and redeem them "Later."

This encourages more flexibility, greater customer satisfaction, and increased net revenue.

🔎 Getting to Know: Credits & Packages Settings

Show: Customers will have the option to Buy Credits in the Customer Hub. Customers will also have the option to use the Schedule & Pay Flow.
​

Hide: Customers will only have the option to Schedule & Pay.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Show/Hide Credits & Packages Page

Show (Enable FunPay)

Steps:

  1. Access FUNBOX Advanced Settings

  2. Find Credits & Packages Page Section

  3. Set Page Visibility Segemented Control to Show

  4. Save:

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Proceed with FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button

Hide (Disable FunPay)

Steps:

  1. Access FUNBOX Advanced Settings

  2. Find Credits & Packages Page Section

  3. Set Page Visibility Segemented Control to Hide

  4. Save:

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Proceed with FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button

Customize Credits & Packages Page

Set Custom Tab Names

Steps:

  1. Access FUNBOX Advanced Settings

  2. Find Credits & Packages Section

  3. Set Credits Tab Custom Name

    1. Insert name into Credits Tab Name Text Field

  4. Set Packages Tab Custom Name

    1. Insert name into Packages Tab Name Text Field

  5. Save:

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Proceed with FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button

Hide a Tab

Steps:

  1. Access FUNBOX Advanced Settings

  2. Find Credits & Packages Section

  3. Hide Credits Tab

    1. Click Hide Button

  4. Hide Packages Tab

    1. Click Hide Button

  5. Save:

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Proceed with FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button

Unhide a Tab

Steps:

  1. Access FUNBOX Advanced Settings

  2. Find Credits & Packages Section

  3. Show Credits Tab

    1. Click Show Button

  4. Show Packages Tab

    1. Click Show Button

  5. Save:

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Proceed with FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button

Change Tab Order

Steps:

  1. Access FUNBOX Advanced Settings

  2. Find Credits & Packages Section

  3. Click "Swap" Button

  4. Save:

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Proceed with FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button

The tab on the left will be the first to open on the Credits & Packages Page. We recommend making your "primary" option the left Tab.
