Overview

You can allow your Customers to reschedule their Sessions and Programs independently via the Customer Hub.

When enabled, Customers can quickly and easily reschedule on the Dashboard Page of the Customer Hub.

β˜€οΈ FunJoin Advantage

Empowering your Customers with options to manage their own reservations will improve their experience and save your team significant time.

This functionality is completely optional; you do not need to use it if it is not right for you.

This works by FUNBOX, and all your different FUNBOXES can be set up differently.

"Self-Reschedule" is disabled by default but can be enabled anytime in FUNBOX Rules.

πŸ”” Reminder

Customers can only reschedule Participants into available Programs and Sessions.

Self-Rescheduling Ends

You can control when your Customers can no longer Self-Reschedule by setting a Reschedule Deadline. This Deadline is set to a specific number of days before their Program or Session begins. After this Deadline passes, they will lose the ability to reschedule their Programs and Sessions independently.

You can have different Rescheduling Deadlines for Paid Programs, Paid Sessions, Free Programs, and Free Sessions.

πŸ’‘Example

Green Acres Camp will allow Customers to reschedule their Programs and Sessions independently. Programs must be rescheduled at least two weeks before the Program begins, and Sessions must be rescheduled at least one week before the Session.

Green Acres Camp would enable Self-Reschedule and set "Programs Self-Rescheduling Ends" to 14 Days and "Session Self-Rescheduling Ends" to 7 Days.

If you do not have a Reschedule Deadline (Customers can reschedule independently at any time), you would set "Self-Rescheduling Ends" to "0."
