Overview

By enabling "Canceling" you will allow your Customers to cancel their Sessions and Programs independently via the Customer Hub.

You can set a Cancellation Deadline to control when your Customers can cancel independently.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Enable Independent Cancellation

Steps:

  1. In Create or Edit FUNBOX Page, click "4. Rules" Tab

  2. Toggle "Canceling" to "On"

  3. Set Cancellation Deadlines

    1. (Repeat As Needed) Insert number of days for "can be Canceled"

  4. Save

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Complete rest of FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button
