Overview

By enabling "Self-Reschedule" you will allow your Customers to reschedule their Sessions and Programs independently via the Customer Hub.

You can set Reschedule Deadlines to control when your Customers can "Self-Reschedule."


Step-by-Step Instructions

Enable Self-Reschedule

Steps:

  1. In Create or Edit FUNBOX Page, click "4. Rules" Tab

  2. Toggle "Self-Reschedule" to "On"

  3. Set Reschedule Deadlines

    1. (Repeat As Needed) Insert number of days for "Self-Rescheduling Ends"

  4. Save

    1. If Creating FUNBOX: Complete rest of FUNBOX Setup

    2. If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button
