Overview
By enabling "Self-Reschedule" you will allow your Customers to reschedule their Sessions and Programs independently via the Customer Hub.
You can set Reschedule Deadlines to control when your Customers can "Self-Reschedule."
Step-by-Step Instructions
Enable Self-Reschedule
Steps:
In Create or Edit FUNBOX Page, click "4. Rules" Tab
Toggle "Self-Reschedule" to "On"
Set Reschedule Deadlines
(Repeat As Needed) Insert number of days for "Self-Rescheduling Ends"
Save
If Creating FUNBOX: Complete rest of FUNBOX Setup
If Editing FUNBOX: Click "Save Changes" Button
