Overview

You can allow your Customers to cancel their Sessions and Programs independently via the Customer Hub.

When enabled, Customers can quickly and easily cancel on the Dashboard Page of the Customer Hub.

โ˜€๏ธ FunJoin Advantage
โ€‹
Empowering your Customers with options to manage their own reservations will improve their experience and save your team significant time.

This functionality is completely optional; you do not need to use it if it is not right for you.

This works by FUNBOX, and all your different FUNBOXES can be set up differently.

"Canceling" is disabled by default but can be enabled anytime in FUNBOX Rules.

๐Ÿ”” Reminder

If your Customers cancel their Sessions/Programs, they will not automatically receive a refund. Instead, a Session or Program Credit will be returned to their Account.

If they want a refund, they will need to contact you, and you can process the refund via the Admin Panel.

Canceling Ends

You can control when your Customers can no longer cancel independently by setting aย Cancellation Deadline. This Deadline is set to a specific number of days before their Program or Session begins. After this Deadline passes, they will lose the ability to cancel their Programs and Sessions independently.

You can have different Cancellation Deadlines for Paid Programs, Paid Sessions, Free Programs, and Free Sessions.

๐Ÿ’กExample
โ€‹
Green Acres Camp will allow Customers to cancel their Programs and Sessions independently. Programs must be canceled at least two weeks before the Program begins, and Sessions must be canceled at least one week before the Session.
โ€‹
Green Acres Camp would enable Canceling and set "Programs can be Canceled" to 14 Days and "Session can be canceled" to 7 Days.

If you do not have a Cancellation Deadline (Customers can cancel independently at any time), you would set "can be Canceled" to "0."
