Use this Feature to Quickly Send a Reminder to a Customer

Overview

You can send an email or text message reminder to an individual Customer whenever the need arises.
โ€‹
These reminders can be sent out on an on-demand, ad-hoc basis.
โ€‹
You can also Send Reminders in Bulk and Schedule Automatic Reminder Emails.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Send in Review Center

Steps:

  1. Click "Runway" in Top Navigation

  2. Click the "Attendance: Awaiting Submission" or "Manually Added: Awaiting Submission" Box

  3. Find Participant Name and/or Offering Name in Review Center Table

  4. Send Reminders

    1. Option 1: Remind All By Email or Text

      1. Click More Options Button (Three Dots)

      2. Click "Remind All By Email" or "Remind All by Text" Button

    2. Option 2: Send Reminders on Individual Documents or Smart Forms

      1. Click Dropdown Arrow to expand

      2. Find individual Document or Smart Form

      3. Click "Email" or "SMS" Button

Send in Customer Profile

Steps:

  1. Click on "Customers" in Top Navigation

  2. Find Customer in Customer Management Table

  3. Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile

  4. Click Participant Name to select the correct Participant Profile

  5. Document Reminders:

    1. Click "View All" Button under Documents to open "Documents" Modal Window

    2. In "Documents" Modal Window:

      1. Option 1 (Email Reminder):

        1. Click "Email" Button

      2. Option 2 (Text Reminder):

        1. Click "SMS" Button

  6. Smart Form Reminders:

    1. Click on "View All" Button under Smart Forms to open "Smart Form" Modal Window

    2. In "Smart Form" Modal Window:

      1. Option 1 (Email Reminder):

        1. Click "Email" Button

      2. Option 2 (Text Reminder):

        1. Click "SMS" Button
