Overview
You can send an email or text message blast to remind Customers to complete Documents and Smart Forms.

This feature allows you to send reminders to many Customers simultaneously.

You can remind all Customers with Participants who have incomplete Documents or Smart Forms at once, or you can use different Filters to refine your Target Audience.
You can also Schedule Automatic Reminder Emails and Send Reminders For Individual Participants.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Send Email Reminders (Bulk)
Steps:
Click "Runway" in Top Navigation
Click the "Attendance: Awaiting Submission" or "Manually Added: Awaiting Submission" Box
Click "Send Reminders" Button
In "Send Reminders" Modal Window:
