Quickly Reminder Multiple Customers At Once About Missing Documents and Smart Forms

Overview

You can send an email or text message blast to remind Customers to complete Documents and Smart Forms.
โ€‹
This feature allows you to send reminders to many Customers simultaneously.
โ€‹
You can remind all Customers with Participants who have incomplete Documents or Smart Forms at once, or you can use different Filters to refine your Target Audience.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Send Email Reminders (Bulk)

Steps:

  1. Click "Runway" in Top Navigation

  2. Click the "Attendance: Awaiting Submission" or "Manually Added: Awaiting Submission" Box

  3. Click "Send Reminders" Button

  4. In "Send Reminders" Modal Window:

    1. Click "Email" Tab

    2. Select Documents from Documents Dropdown

    3. Select Smart Forms from Smart Forms Dropdown

    4. Click "Confirm & Send" Button

Send Text Reminders (Bulk)

Steps:

  1. Click "Runway" in Top Navigation

  2. Click the "Attendance: Awaiting Submission" or "Manually Added: Awaiting Submission" Box

  3. Click "Send Reminders" Button

  4. In "Send Reminders" Modal Window:

    1. Click "Text (SMS)" Tab

    2. Select Documents from Documents Dropdown

    3. Select Smart Forms from Smart Forms Dropdown

    4. Select Phone Number from Send From Dropdown

    5. Insert Message in Text (SMS) Message Text Field

    6. Click "Confirm & Send" Button
