Steps:
Click on "Customers" in Top Menu Bar
Find Customer in Customer Management Table
Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile
Click on Participant Name
Click on "View All" Button under "Documents" to open "Documents" Modal Window
On-Demand (Manual) Document Creation and Assignment
Steps:
In "Documents" Modal Window:
Click "Add New Document" Button
Select Template from the Select Document Template Dropdown
Click "Add" Button
Add Files to Participant
Steps:
In "Documents" Modal Window:
Click "+ Add File" Button
Select File from Computer
Click "Open" Button
Submit Documents for Participants

Find "Requires Action" Section
Find Document
Click More Options Button
Click "Upload File/Photo(s)" Button
Click "Browse Files" Button
Select File From Computer
Click "Open" Button
Click "Sign Document" Button
Mark Documents Signed
Steps:

Find "Requires Action" Section
Find Document
Click More Options Button
Click "Marked Signed" Button
Note: This Function only applies to Custom Documents.
Access Signed Documents
Steps:
In "Documents" Modal Window:
Find Signed Documents Section
Click on Document Name
Note: You can Print or Download the Document (If Needed)
Delete Document Request

Click "Delete" Button
Mark Signed Documents Expired
