Steps:
Click on "Customers" in Top Navigation
Find Customer in Customer Management Table
Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile
Click on Participant Name
Click "View All" Button under "Documents" to open Documents Modal Window
On-Demand (Manual) Document Creation and Assignment
Steps:
In "Documents" Modal Window:
Click "+ New Document" Button (Upper-Right Corner)
Select Template from Dropdown
Click "Add" Button
Add Files to Participant
Steps:

Find Attached Files Section
Click "+ Add File" Button
Select File from Computer
Click "Open" Button
Submit Documents for Participants
Steps:

Find Requires Action Section
Find Document
Click More Options Button (Three Dots)
Click "Upload File/Photo(s)" Button
Click "Browse Files" Button
Select File From Computer
Click "Open" Button
Click "Sign Document" Button
Mark Documents Signed
Steps:
In "Documents" Modal Window:
Find Requires Action Section
Find Document
Click More Options Button (Three Dots)
Click "Marked Signed" Button

Only Custom Documents can be "Marked Signed." Digital Documents cannot be "Marked Signed."
Access Signed Documents

Delete Document Request
