Overview

FunJoin provides customizable options for collecting information. Our flexible approach allows you to tailor the registration experience to best meet your specific needs.

With Baseline Questions, you can customize how you gather information on your Customers and Participants. Your Customers will complete the Baseline Questions in the Customer Hub before Scheduling Sessions and/or Programs.

There are two types of Baseline Questions: Questions for Participants and Questions for Customers. Baseline Questions are universal and not currently customizable by FUNBOX.

​Required

The question will be asked, and the Customer must add an answer.

Not Required

The question will be asked, but adding an answer is optional.

Disabled

The question will not be asked.


For Participant Questions


These questions will be asked when a Participant is added.

Gender

If enabled (Required or Not Required), Customers will be asked to add their Participant's Gender.

Options:

  • Male

  • Female

Pronoun

If enabled (Required or Not Required), Customers will be asked to add their Participant's Pronoun.
​
Options:

  • He/Him

  • She/Her

  • They/Them

  • Non-Binary


For Customer Questions:

These questions will be created when a Customer Profile is created.

Address

If enabled (Required or Not Required), Customers will be asked to add their Address.

Required Emergency Contacts

If enabled, Customers will be asked to add a set amount of Emergency Contacts.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Edit "Gender" Question

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click "Customer Hub" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click "Baseline Questions" Sub Tab

  4. Find Gender Question

  5. Select "Required," "Not required," or "Disabled" from Status Dropdown

Edit "Pronoun(s)" Question

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click "Customer Hub" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click "Baseline Questions" Sub Tab

  4. Find Pronoun(s) Question

  5. Select "Required," "Not required," or "Disabled" from Status Dropdown

Edit "Address" Question

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click "Customer Hub" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click "Baseline Questions" Sub Tab

  4. Find Address Question

  5. Select "Required," "Not required," or "Disabled" from Status Dropdown

Edit "Required Emergency Contacts" Question

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click "Customer Hub" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click "Baseline Questions" Sub Tab

  4. Find Required Emergency Contacts Question

  5. Select "None," "1," "2," or "3" from Status Dropdown
