The My URLs Page has all your Customer Hub Links. Use these URLs to connect your Customers to your Customer Hub.
With these links, you can send your Customers directly to specific Pages of the Customer Hub. You can use these links on your website, in marketing emails, and more.

Some URLs apply to all your FUNBOXES, while other URLs are FUNBOX and Location Specific.
π Getting to Know My URLs:
General:
FUNBOX Selection: Send Customers directly to the Choose Your FUNBOX/Location Page.
Customer Dashboard: Send Customers directly to their Customer Dashboard.
Customer Profile: Send Customers directly to their Customer Profile (Account Profile).
Support: Send Customers directly to the Customer Hub Support Page
Directions & Details: Send Customers directly to the Directions & Details Page
FUNBOX & Location Specific:
Welcome Screen: Send Customers to the Customer Hub Welcome Page for that FUNBOX and Location.
Live Availability: Sends Customers to the Live Availability (Check Schedule) Page for that FUNBOX and Location.
Schedule Dates: Send Customers directly into the Schedule Flow. Customers will be asked to Sign In and will begin the Schedule Flow for that FUNBOX and Location.
Pay/Discount Options: Send Customers directly to the Flexible Payments (Buy Credits) Page in the Customer Hub. (Only available if FunPay is enabled for that FUNBOX.)

Finding My URLs Page
Steps:
Click "Settings" in Top Navigation
Click "Customer Hub" Tab in Side Navigation
Click the "My URLs" Sub Tab
Copying URLs
Steps:
Find the URL you want to Copy
Click Copy Button (URL will be copied to Clipboard)

When you are ready to launch your Customer Hub, you will need to update your website. All your booking, sign-up, and registration buttons and links should direct to the Customer Hub. To update, simply insert the Customer Hub URL as the "destination" you link to.

We suggest that you review your website and update all relevant pages as soon as possible. To ensure all new registrations go through the Customer Hub, we suggest you close your current registration platform.
