Manage Participants

Add Participant

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click “+ Add” Button

  4. On Add Participant Page,

    1. Enter Participant's First Name

    2. Enter Participant's Last Name

    3. (Optional) Select Participant's Pronouns

    4. Enter Participant's Date of Birth

    5. (Optional) Enter Participant's Medical Considerations

      1. Example: "Lactose Intolerant"

    6. (Optional) Enter Participant's Allergies

      1. Example: "Peanuts"

    7. (Optional) Enter any Notes

      1. Example: "Also goes by the name Kat"

    8. (Optional) Click “Add Photo” Button

      1. (Optional) Select Photo from Computer

      2. (Optional) Click Open

        1. (If Needed) Crop image in Crop Image modal window

        2. (If Needed) Click “Save Changes” Button in Crop Image modal window

  5. Click “Save” Button

Edit Participant

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click on Participant

  4. Click "Edit" Button

  5. Make edits or changes

  6. Click "Save" Button

Remove Participant

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click on Participant

  4. Click "Remove" Button

  5. Click "Remove" to Confirm

Manage Customer Information

Edit Personal Information

Use this feature to:

  • Edit Customer First and Last Name

  • Edit Customer Address

  • Edit Emergency Contact's Name

  • Edit Emergency Contact's Number

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click "Personal Info"

  4. Click "Edit" Button

  5. Make edits or changes

  6. Click "Save Button"

Change Phone Number

Steps:

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Find Phone Number

  4. Click "Change" Button

  5. In Phone Number Modal Window:

    1. Add New Phone Number into Text Box

    2. Click "Get Code" Button

    3. Find Code Sent Via Text

    4. Enter Code

Change Email Address

Steps:

  1. Click "Your Profile"

  2. Click "Personal Info"

  3. Find Email Address

  4. Click "Change" Button

  5. In Email Modal Window:

    1. Add New Email into Text Box

    2. Click "Get Code" Button

    3. Find Code in Email Inbox

    4. Enter Code

Manage Transaction History

View Transaction History

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click "Transaction History"

Download Receipt

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click "Transaction History"

  4. Find Transaction

  5. Click "Download" Button

Manage Cards

Add Card on File

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click "My Cards"

  4. Click "+ Add New Card" Button

  5. Enter Card Number into Card Number Textbox

  6. Enter Expiration Date in Expiration Date Textbox

  7. Enter CVV into CVV Textbox

  8. Click "Add Card" Button

Delete Card on File

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click "My Cards"

  4. Find Card

  5. Click "Delete" Button

Manage Promo Codes

View Available Promo Codes

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click "Promo Codes"

Sign Out of Customer Hub

  1. Click "Menu"

  2. Click "Your Profile"

  3. Click "Sign Out" Button
