Overview

FunJoin's Call to Action Messages are an excellent way to share information with your Customers. These messages will inform your Customers and prompt them to take action.

The different Call to Action Messages will be displayed on different pages of the Customer Hub.

Call to Action Messages can be edited and updated at any time. In addition, they can be turned on or off at any time.

Welcome Screen Message

This CTA Message will be displayed on the Welcome Page. This Message cannot be closed by the Cutomer.

Dashboard Message

This CTA Message will be displayed at the top of the Dashboard Page. This Message can be closed by the Customer.

Directions & Details Page

This CTA Message will be displayed on the Directions & Details Page. This Message cannot be closed by the Customer.

Call to Action Message Use Cases

  • Welcome Customers to Customer Hub

  • Share information about your purpose or mission

  • Post registration deadlines, cancellation deadlines, or other important dates

  • Announce new programming or FUNBOXES

  • Provide information about closures or disruptions


Step-by-Step Instructions

Add New Call to Action Message

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click on "Customer Hub" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click on "Call to Action" Sub Tab

  4. Find CTA Message

  5. Toggle to "On"

  6. Click Edit Button (Pencil)

  7. Add CTA Message to Message Text Text Box

  8. Click "Save" Button

Edit Call to Action Message

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click on Customer Hub Tab

  3. Click on Call to Action Sub Tab

  4. Find CTA Message

  5. Click Edit Button (Pencil)

  6. Edit CTA Message in Message Text Text Box

  7. Click "Save" Button

Turn On Call to Action Message

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click on "Customer Hub" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click on "Call to Action" Sub Tab

  4. Find CTA Message

  5. Toggle to "Off"

Turn Off Call to Action Message

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Navigation

  2. Click on "Customer Hub" Tab in Side Navigation

  3. Click on "Call to Action" Sub Tab

  4. Find CTA Message

  5. Toggle to "Off"
