Overview
FunJoin tracks every Attendance Status Change (Check-In, Check-Out, or No-Show).
FunJoin records when the Attendance Status Change occurred and the FunJoin User who executed the change. You can access this information in several ways.
By Participant
If you want to view the Attendance Records for an individual Participant, you can find that information on the Attendance Records Tab in the Participant Profile. All the Attendances (across FUNBOXES and Offerings) will be included.
By Schedule
If you want to find the Attendance Records for a particular Schedule (i.e., Day of Camp, Week of Overnight Camp, etc.), you will find that on the Schedule (Roster Page).
By Export
If you want to export the Attendance Records for an entire Schedule Set, you can do so on the Schedule Set Page.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Find Attendance Records on the Participant Profile
Steps
Click "Customers" in Top Navigation
Find or Search for Customer in the Customer Management Table
Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile
Click Participant Name to open the correct Participant Profile
Click "Attendance Records" Tab
Click on Attendance Status (Checked In, Checked Out, etc.) to open Status Change History and view more detail
Find Attendance Records in Schedule
Steps:
Click "Schedules" in Top Navigation
Find Schedule Set
Click to open Schedule Set
Find Schedule
Click "View Day" Button
Find Attendance Status in Status Column
Click on Attendance Status (Checked In, Checked Out, etc.) to open Status Change History and view more detail
Note: For Overnight Camps, Steps 4 and 5 are not needed.
Export Attendance Tracking Report
Steps:
Click "Schedules" in Top Navigation
Find Schedule Set
Click to open Schedule Set
Click Gear Button (Upper-Right Corner)
Click "Export Attendance Tracking" Button
