Overview
FunJoin makes it easy to monitor attendance and document changes in status. We've built fast, intuitive tools to keep track of your Participants.
You'll primarily use the Employee Mobile App to track attendance, but you can also track attendance through the Admin Panel.
Attendance Tracking is optional in FunJoin. For each Schedule Set, you will be able to choose what type of Attendance Tracking is needed:
Check In Only
Check In and Check Out
None
FunJoin keeps track of changes in status. You'll be able to find the time the change occurred and the User (Employee, Counselor, etc.) that made the change.
In FunJoin, there are four Attendance Tracking Statuses.
Signed Up
Checked In
No Show
Checked Out
Statuses
Signed Up: Status of being Scheduled for a Session or Program
π Reminder:
β
Just because a Customer purchased a Credit does not necessarily mean they are Signed Up. Participants are only Signed Up when the Customer redeems their Credit to Schedule a Session or Program for the Participant.
Checked In: Indicates a Signed Up Participant has arrived at the Session/Program. Checked In is the status your Participants will have during your Session/Program.
No Show: Indicates a Participant did not arrive at the Session/Program they are Signed Up for.
π Reminder:
β
When a Participant is marked a No Show, their Credit is not returned or added back to their Account. Their Credit is "forfeited." If you wish to return their Credit, Cancel the Session or Program instead.
Checked Out: Indicates a Participant has been released from the Session/Program. For Youth Participants, it usually indicates they have been released to their Parent/Guardian. We recommend that you Check Out all Participants after the Session/Program.
Changing Status
A Participant is assigned Signed Up status when they Schedule a Session or Program.
β
Checking In a Participant (via Admin Panel or Employee Mobile App) moves them from Signed Up to Checked In.
Checking Out a Participant (via Admin Panel or Employee Mobile App) moves them from Checked In to Checked Out.
Marking a Participant a No Show will move them to No Show.
Undo
Use Undo: Reverses a change to Status.
If you mistakenly Check In a Participant, using the Undo function returns them to Signed Up.
If you mistakenly Check Out a Participant, using the Undo function returns them to Checked In.
If you mistakenly mark a Participant No Show, using the Undo function returns them to Signed Up.
