FunJoin makes it easy to monitor attendance and document changes in status.

Statuses

Signed Up: Status of being booked for a Session or Program

Reminder: Just because a Customer purchased a Credit does not necessarily mean they are Signed Up. Participants are only Signed Up when the Customer redeems their Credit for a Session or Program.

Checked In: Indicates a Signed Up Participant has arrived at the Session or Program. Checked In is the status your Participants will have during your Session and Program.

No-Show: Indicates a Participant did not arrive at the Session or Program they are Signed Up for.

Reminder: When a Participant is marked a No Show, their Credit is not returned or added back to their account. Their Credit is "forfeited." If you wish to return their Credit, Cancel the Session or Program instead.

Checked-Out: Indicates a Participant has been released to their Parent/Guardian. All Participants should be Checked-Out after the Session or Program.

Changing Status

A Participant is assigned Signed Up Status when they Schedule a Session or Program.

Checking In a Participant (via Admin. Panel or Mobile App) moves them from Signed Up to Checked In.

Checking Out a Participant (via Admin. Panel or Mobile App) moves them from Checked In to Checked Out.

Marking a Participant a No Show will move them to No Show.

Undo

Use Undo: Reverses a change to Status.

If you mistakenly check-in a participant, using the Undo function returns them to Signed-Up status.

If you mistakenly check-out a participant, using the Undo function returns them to checked-in

If you mistakenly mark a participant No Show, using the Undo function returns them to Signed-Up.
