FunJoin allows you to restrict the user access rights of your employees. You can control what actions your employees can perform and limit the information they can view.

We recommend you take a "Least Privilege" approach, meaning you only grant permissions to your employees that are essential to fulfill their job functions.

πŸ”’ Level One:

Can Login to Mobile App (Lowest Level of User Access)

Employees with this Access Level can use the Mobile App, but will not be able to access the Admin Panel.

You can further limit what Fun Box types and Locations your employees can access in the Mobile App.

Tip: We recommend this Access Level for your operational staff (Care Providers, Camp Counselors.) This is the most common User Access Level you will give to your employees. Most staff will be able to perform all their job functions using only the Mobile App.

πŸ”’ πŸ”’ Level Two:

Can Login to Admin Panel (Medium Level of User Access)

Employees with this Access Level can log in to Admin. Panel, but cannot perform all actions or view all information. You can completely customize the permissions. You can choose what individual employees granted this Access Level can perform and view.

Tip: We recommend this Access Level for Director, Manager, and Lead Counselor Employees. Employees with more responsibilities should be given more permissions.

πŸ”’ πŸ”’ πŸ”’ Level Three:

Superadmin (Highest Level of User Access)

Super Administrators will have full access to all features of the Admin Panel, Customer Hub, and Mobile App. They can access all Fun Box types and all Locations. They will be able to add and delete other Users.

Tip: Superadmin should be reserved for Owner or Executive Directors. Super Administrators have access to everything, including the ability to view financial reports and the download customer information.
