Quick Description:

In FunJoin, Offerings describe and define the services you provide to your Customers.

Offerings are the "Building Blocks" of Fun Box Types, Schedule Sets, Sessions, Programs, and Credits.

Customers cannot Sign Up for Offerings.

Offerings are not attached to a Schedule. Offerings do not have a specific start time or end time. Offerings do not occur on a specific date.

Offerings are provided to Customers via Sessions or Programs.

Offerings become Sessions and Programs when they are attached to a Schedule.

Offerings do not have a defined price.

Customers can pay for and book Sessions and Programs via Credits.

Offerings can have an Age Restriction.

Offering Examples:

  • Full Day of Camp

  • Week of Camp

  • Week of Overnight Camp

  • Nature Daycare

  • Kids Concert

  • Golf Lesson

  • Morning Care

  • After School Science Lesson

Getting to Know Offerings:

Offering Name: Describes and defines the Service.

Redeemable For: Establishes the Credits that can be redeemed for/used to purchase Sessions/Programs of this Offering.

Connected To: Offering will be included in the selected Fun Box Types.

Age Restriction: Establishes Age Range or Limit for Sessions/Programs of this Offering. Determines if Participants can Sign Up in Customer Hub.

Description: General description of the Offering that will display in Customer Hub.

Step By Step:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click Offerings Tab

  3. Click the “+ Add Offering” Button

  4. In the “Add Offering” modal window:

    1. Enter Offering Name into Offering Name Text Box

    2. Leave Redeemable For Dropdown blank

    3. Leave Connected to Fun Box blank

    4. (Optional) Set Age Restriction with Age Restriction Dropdown

    5. (Optional) Enter Description into Description Text Box

    6. Click “Create” Button
