With Credits, Customers can “Buy Now and Schedule Later.” Customers will purchase Credits now, and then redeem their Credits later to enroll in Sessions and/or Programs.
Credits remove the biggest reason why Customers hesitate before committing to a purchase.
While Customers may be interested in your services, they may be reluctant to commit to specific dates at the point of purchase.
With Credits, your Customers have the flexibility to buy now and book when they are ready. Credits are stored in Customers’ accounts and can easily be tracked and redeemed.
Since Customers can buy without committing to specific dates, Credits empower you to “presell” your services.
For instance, a summer camp can sell families Credits in January and have families Schedule in May. Credits allow you to expand your selling period and will supercharge your Early Bird and other promotions.
Less shopping cart abandonment, an expanded selling period, and increased "pre-sales" all lead to more revenue.
#2. Self-Service Reservation Management
Credits Empower Customers to Manage Their Own Reservations.
Rescheduling and Cancelling Reservations can be a massive time burden on your team.
With Credits, you have the option to allow Customers to Reschedule and Cancel independently via the Customer Hub.
If a Customer needs to change their Reservation, they’ll independently remove their Reservation and use their returned Credit to immediately book a new available Session or Program.
If a Customer needs to remove their Reservation, they can cancel and receive a Program or Session Credit. This Credit can be used to book a new available Session or Program in the future. (Note: They cannot "Self-Refund," to receive a Refund, they will need to request it from your team).
When Customers are empowered to manage their own Reservations, your team saves time, and your business saves money. In addition, you improve your Customers’ experience and boost customer satisfaction.
#3 Convert Cancellations
Credits Help you “Save the Sale.”
If a Customer wants to cancel, you’ll have the option to remove their Session or Program Reservation and return their Session or Program Credit. Credits will be stored in the Customers' Accounts. That way, their returned Credit can be redeemed to Schedule a new available Session or Program in the future. Instead of losing a sale, you’ll be gaining a happy customer!
Instead of immediately refunding the amount the Customer paid, you can offer the opportunity to Schedule a different Session or Program.
You'll always have the option to grant a Refund, but by returning the Credit first, you have an opportunity to "Save the Sale."
