Admin Panel Ignores Customer Hub Reschedule Settings
When rescheduling via the Admin Panel, the Customer Hub settings for Rescheduling will be ignored. This gives you complete and total control over your schedules. Additionally, you can charge for this service, or mark the rescheduling as Complimentary.
This is useful for when a customer needs to reschedule last minute, and you want to be as accommodating as possible. You have the power!
