In FunJoin, you can export Smart Form Answers from Participants in a Schedule Set or Schedule. The Smart Form Answers will display in columns in the exported .CSV File.

This is a useful feature if you want to pull a list of all the Smart Form Answers from all Participants.

You will have Filters and Options to refine the Smart Form Answers you export.

How To Video:

Export Answers from Schedule Set Steps:

  1. Click "Schedules" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Identify Schedule Set to Export Answers from

  3. Click More Options Button on Schedule Set

  4. Click "Export Schedules" Button

  5. In "Export Schedules" Modal Window:

    1. Click Offering Checkboxes to select Offerings to Export

    2. Select Smart Forms from Dropdown

    3. Click "Download .CSV" Button

Export Answers from Schedule Steps:

  1. Click "Schedules" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Identify Schedule Set to Export Answers from

  3. Click Schedule Set to Open Schedule Set Page

  4. On Schedule Set Page, click "View Day" to open Schedule (Roster)

  5. On Schedule Page, Click Gear Button (Upper Right Corner)

  6. Click "Export Schedules" Button

  7. In "Export Schedules" Modal Window:

    1. Click Offering Checkboxes to select Offerings to Export

    2. Select Smart Forms from Dropdown

    3. Click "Download .CSV" Button
