What are Sessions?
Sessions are one of the fundamental ways you provide your Offerings to your Customers.
Sessions are used for "Single-Ticket" purchases. You should use Sessions when you need people to register for a single day.
If your service is provided for less than 24 hours, it is probably a Session (although there are some exceptions)
Sessions can be components or divisions of a more extensive Program.
Let’s think about a Week of Summer Camp. Let’s say the Camp offers Full Weeks of Camp and One-Day Camp Passes.
Each Day of Camp will be its own Session. A Session Credit would purchase one day of Camp. A Program Credit would Purchase all the days in a Week of Camp.
Sessions can also be stand-alone events, lessons, classes, or activities, and not part of any Program. Let’s say you offer admission to a one-day boat parade from 1-5 PM on July 4th. This could be set up as a Session.
