What are Sessions?

The Session is one of the fundamental ways you provide your Offerings to your Customers.

If your Service is provided for less than 24 hours, it is probably a Session, although there are some exceptions.

In general, Sessions are components or divisions of a Program.

Let’s think about a Week of Summer Camp. Let’s say the Camp offers Full Weeks of Camp and One-Day Camp Passes.

Each Day of Camp will be its own Session. A Session Credit would purchase one day of Camp. A Program Credit would Purchase all the days in a Week of Camp.

Sessions can also be stand-alone events, lessons, or activities, and not part of any Program. Let’s say you offer admission to a one-day boat parade from 1-5 PM on July 4th. This could be set up as a one-day Session.
