You’ll need to set up a connection to Stripe before you start receiving payments through FunJoin.

​If you already have a Stripe Account: You can connect your Account via the "Connect Directly" Button.

Connect Directly is not available for all FunJoin Clients. The Connect Directly Button may be hidden. Contact our team if you have questions.

If you do not have a Stripe Account or Connect Directly is Not Available: You'll need to create a Stripe Account. You can create your Stripe Account through "Stripe Connect." Click the "Use Stripe Connect" Button, and you'll be directed to Stripe's intuitive, step-by-step Account Setup Process. Your Stripe Account will be automatically linked with your FunJoin Account.

Steps (Connect Directly):

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click the Payment Tab

  3. Click Payment Processor Sub Tab

  4. Click “Connect Directly” Button

  5. In "Enter Stripe Keys" Modal Window:

    1. Enter Stripe Public (Publishable) Key in Public Key Text Box

    2. Enter Stripe Secret Key in Secret Key Text Box

  6. Click "Connect" Button

Steps (Use Stripe Connect):

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click the Payment Tab

  3. Click Payment Processor Sub Tab

  4. Click “Use Stripe Connect” Button

  5. Follow Stripe Prompts to create Stripe Account
