Quick Description:

FunJoin presents your Customers with links to your Company's Policies. These different links will appear in the Checkout Flow, Payment Plan Sign-Up, Application Submission, emails to Customers, and elsewhere.

These links make it easy for your Customers to access and learn about your Policies.

These links can connect to anywhere your Policies are available online.

Examples:

  • Link to "Policy Page" or "FAQ Page" on your website

  • Link to Public Google Document or .PDF

How To Video:

Step by Step:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click Policies Tab under Settings

  3. Click “Edit” Button (Pencil) next to Policies & Terms of Use

  4. Enter URL into Link to the Document Text Box

  5. Click “Save” Button

  6. Click “Edit” Button (Pencil) next to Cancellation Policy

  7. Enter URL into Link to the Document Text Box

  8. Click “Save” Button

  9. (Optional) Click “Edit” Button (Pencil) next to Payment Plan Policy

  10. (Optional) Enter URL into Link to the Document Text Box

  11. (Optional) Click “Save” Button

  12. (Optional) Click “Edit” Button (Pencil) next to Application Policy

  13. (Optional) Enter URL into Link to the Document Text Box

  14. (Optional) Click “Save” Button
