When it comes to resetting User Passwords, you have two options. You can assign your User a Password you create, or you can have the User create their own unique Password.
Set New Password

Use this option to create and assign a specific Password to your User. The User will not create their own Password. You will need to securely share the Password with your User.
Steps:
Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar
Click User Access under Settings
Find User in User Management Table
Click More Options Button
Click "Set New Password" Button
In Set Password Modal Window:
Enter the Password in New Password Textbox
Enter the Password in Confirm Password Textbox
Click "Submit" Button
Email Reset Link to User

Use this option if you want your User to create their own unique, custom Password.
Steps:
Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar
Click User Access under Settings
Find User in User Management Table
Click More Options Button
Click "Email Reset Link to User" Button
