Quick Description:

Customers can purchase Credits and redeem them for a Session or Program provided by your business.

You can have different Credit Types:

Program Credit: Used to Enroll in a Program. A Program Credit can be redeemed for or used to Purchase all the Sessions of an Offering within a given Schedule Set.

Session Credit: Used to Enroll in a Session. A Session Credit can be redeemed for or used to Purchase one Session of an Offering within a given Schedule Set.

Every Credit you create can have its own price and properties. Customers can be given the option to upgrade their Credits, you can set Credits to expire, and you can offer discounts for buying Credits in bulk.


Getting to Know Credits

Name: Give each Credit Type its own name

Description: Add details about what this Credit can be used for
Usable for: Select the Offerings a customer can purchase with this Credit

Redeem for: Choose if this Credit will be used for a Session or a Program

Base Price: Select the Price of this Credit

Step by Step:

  1. Click Settings Link in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click Credit Types Tab under Settings

  3. Click the “+ Add Credit Type” Button

  4. Enter Name of Credit Type into Name of Credit Type Text Box

  5. Enter Description into Description Text Box

  6. Select Offering in Usable for Offering(s) Dropdown

  7. Click Programs or Session under Redeem For:

  8. Enter Base Price in Base Price Text Box

  9. Click “Save” Button
