What are Programs?
Programs are one of the ways you provide your Offerings to your Customers in FunJoin.
Programs are used for "Multi-Day" purchases. If Participants need to Sign Up once for a Program spanning multiple days, you should use a Program.
If your Service is provided over more than 24 hours, it needs to be provided through a Program.
In general, Programs contain multiple Sessions grouped together.
For example, let’s think of a Summer Concert Series. There are 12 Concerts throughout the Summer. Each Concert is a Session that lasts 2 Hours and 15 Minutes. Each Concert occurs on a specific day. However, the business offers a Pass to buy all the Sessions of Concerts. The entire Concert Series can be thought of as a Program. In other words, the Concert Series Program is a combination of the 12 Concert Sessions.
Programs can also not contain any Sessions. Let’s think of an Overnight Camp. The service is provided over the course of the week (120 Hours). There is no way to purchase individual days. Therefore, there are no Sessions. However, it is still a Program.
