We have added more tools to your superhero toolbelt! Customers greatly appreciate that personal touch. Use the Customer Notes feature to make sure every customer feels looked after.
Are there any details about a Customer or Participant that your team should be aware of? You can now add a Customer Note for your teammates to view and make sure they can give extra care and attention to those who need it. This can be added from the Customer Page in the Admin Panel or the Employee Mobile App!
