Steps:
Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar
Click on Payment Tab
Click on Payment Plans Sub Tab
Click on "+ New Plan" Button
Enter Payment Plan Name into Name Textbox
Select Plan Type from Payment Plan Type Dropdown
Enter Plan Description into Description Text Box
Select Offerings from Usable for Offerings Dropdown
Select Locations from Usable for Locations Dropdown
Optional: Add Payment Plan Set-up Fee
Set Payment Plan Set-Up Fee Slider to "On"
Enter Fee Amount into Amount Currency Textbox
Enter Fee Description into Description Textbox
Optional: Add Late Payment Fee
Set Late Payment Fee Slider to "On"
Enter Fee Amount into Amount Currency Textbox
Enter Fee Description into Description Textbox
Select Deadline Date from Full Payment Deadline Calendar
Click "Create" Button (Upper Right)
