Send Reminds in Bulk

Send Email Document Reminders (Bulk)

Steps:

  1. Click "Runway" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click the "Awaiting Submission" Box for "Required for Attendance" or "Manually Assigned" Documents

  3. Click "Send Reminders" Button

  4. In Send Document Reminders Modal Window:

    1. Click Email Tab

    2. Select Documents from Documents Dropdown Menu

    3. Click "Send Reminders" Button

Send Text Document Reminders (Bulk)

Steps:

  1. Click "Runway" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click the "Awaiting Submission" Box for "Required for Attendance" or "Manually Assigned" Documents

  3. Click "Send Reminders" Button

  4. In Send Document Reminders Modal Window:

    1. Click Text Tab

    2. Select Documents from Documents Dropdown Menu

    3. Select Phone Number from Send From Dropdown

    4. Enter Message in Text (SMS) Message Text Box

    5. Click "Send Reminders" Button

Send Document Reminders To Participant

Send in Review Center

Steps:

  1. Click "Runway" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click the "Awaiting Submission" Box for "Required for Attendance" or "Manually Assigned" Documents

  3. Find Participant Name and/or Offering Name

  4. Send Reminders

    1. Option 1: Remind All By Email

      1. Click More Options Button

      2. Click "Remind All By Email" Button

    2. Option 2: Send Reminders on Individual Documents

      1. Click Dropdown Arrow

      2. Find Individaul Document

      3. Click "Email" Button

Send in Customer Profile

Steps:

  1. Click on "Customers" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Find Customer in Customer Managment Table

  3. Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile

  4. Click on Participant Name

  5. Click on "View All" Button under Documents to open Document Modal Window

  6. In Documents Modal Window:

    1. Option 1 (Email Reminder):

      1. Click "Send Reminder" Button (Send Email Reminder)

    2. Option 2 (Text Reminder):

      1. Click More Options Button

      2. Click "Send SMS Reminder" Button

Schedule Automatic Document Reminder Emails

Turn On Automatic Document Reminder Emails

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click "Emails" Tab

  3. Click "Documents Required Reminder" Email Template to open Edit Template Page

  4. Select Days Prior from First Reminder Dropdown

  5. Select Time from Time Dropdown

  6. (If Needed) Click "+ Add Reminder" Button to add Additional Reminders

  7. (If Needed) Repeat Steps 4 & 5 to set up Additional Reminder

Turn Off Automatic Document Reminder Emails

Steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click "Emails" Tab

  3. Click "Documents Required Reminder" to open Edit Template Page

  4. Find Reminder under Email Settings

  5. Set Days Prior Dropdown to Never
