Send Email Document Reminders (Bulk)
Steps:
Click "Runway" in Top Menu Bar
Click the "Awaiting Submission" Box for "Required for Attendance" or "Manually Assigned" Documents
Click "Send Reminders" Button
In Send Document Reminders Modal Window:
Send Text Document Reminders (Bulk)
Steps:
Click "Runway" in Top Menu Bar
Click the "Awaiting Submission" Box for "Required for Attendance" or "Manually Assigned" Documents
Click "Send Reminders" Button
In Send Document Reminders Modal Window:
Send Document Reminders To Participant
Send in Review Center
Steps:
Click "Runway" in Top Menu Bar
Click the "Awaiting Submission" Box for "Required for Attendance" or "Manually Assigned" Documents
Find Participant Name and/or Offering Name
Send Reminders
Send in Customer Profile
Steps:
Click on "Customers" in Top Menu Bar
Find Customer in Customer Managment Table
Click Customer Name to open Customer Profile
Click on Participant Name
Click on "View All" Button under Documents to open Document Modal Window
In Documents Modal Window:
Schedule Automatic Document Reminder Emails
Turn On Automatic Document Reminder Emails
Steps:
Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar
Click "Emails" Tab
Click "Documents Required Reminder" Email Template to open Edit Template Page
Select Days Prior from First Reminder Dropdown
Select Time from Time Dropdown
(If Needed) Click "+ Add Reminder" Button to add Additional Reminders
(If Needed) Repeat Steps 4 & 5 to set up Additional Reminder
Turn Off Automatic Document Reminder Emails
Steps:
Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar
Click "Emails" Tab
Click "Documents Required Reminder" to open Edit Template Page
Find Reminder under Email Settings
Set Days Prior Dropdown to Never
