Getting to Know Promo Codes
Code: Promo Code applied by Customers in Customer Hub. Only uppercase letters (A-Z) and numbers (0-9) are permitted.
Total Number of Redeemable Codes: Limit on the total number of applications of this Promo Code by all Customers. After this limit is reached, the Promo Code will become Deactivated.
Limit Per Customer: Maximum number of times an individual Customer can apply this Promo Code.
Type of Discount: Can select a Flat Dollar Amount or Percentage of the Price.
Discount %: (If Percentage of Price) Percentage by which the Price is reduced when the Promo Code is applied.
Maximum Amount: (If Percentage of Price) Highest possible Discount Amount when Promo Code is applied.
Amount: (If Flat Dollar Amount) Price will be reduced by this Discount Amount when the Promo Code is applied.
Expires: After this date, Promo Code can no longer be applied. Promo Code will become Deactivated after this date.
Usable for: Set which Credit Types this Promo Code can be applied on. (If Left Blank/Default) Promo Code can be applied to all types of Credits. (If Credit Selected) Promo Code can only be applied on these Credits.
Description: (Optional) Add details about the Promo Code. You can add notes about the Promo Code's intended purpose, the marketing campaign the Promo Code is related to, and more.
New Customers Only: Promo Code can only be used if Customer has no previous purchases in Customer Hub.
Base Price Only: Promo Code cannot be used if Customer is already receiving a Package Discount.
Set Minimum Order Amount: Promo Code can only be applied if the Price is higher than this amount.
Create Promo Code (For Everyone)
Reminder:
"For Everyone" Promo Codes can be applied by any Customer, given their purchase meets the Promo Code Requirements.
Steps:
Click "Settings" in Top Menu Bar
Click Promo Codes Tab
Select “For Everyone” Tab
Click the “+ Add Promo Code” Button
In Promo Code modal window:
Enter Promo Code in Code Textbox
Enter Amount of Redeemable Codes in the Total Number of Redeemable Codes Textbox
Enter Limit Per Customer in Limit per Customer Uses Textbox
Use Slider to select “%” Icon (Discount by Percentage of Price) or “$” Icon (Flat Dollar Amount)
(If Percentage of Price) Enter Percentage in Discount Textbox
(If Percentage of Price) Enter Promo Code Redemption Limit in Maximum Amount Textbox
(If Flat Dollar Amount) Enter Discount Amount in Amount Textbox
Enter Promo Code Expiration Date in Expires Date Box
Select Credits in Usable For Dropdown
Add Promo Code Description in Description Textbox
Set New Customer Only Check Box
Set Base Price Only Check Box
Set Minimum Order Amount Check Box
Click "Create Promo Code" Button
Create Promo Code (By Customer)

"By Customer" Promo Codes can only be applied by one specific Customer, given their Purchase meets the Promo Code Requirements.

In Add Personal Promo Code modal window:
Select Customer from Customer Dropdown
Enter Promo Code in Code Textbox
Enter Amount of Redeemable Codes in the Total Number of Redeemable Codes Textbox
Use Slider to select “%” Icon (Percentage of Price) or “$” Icon (Flat Dollar Amount)
(If Percentage of Price) Enter Percentage in Discount Textbox
(If Percentage of Price) Enter Promo Code Redemption Limit in Maximum Amount Textbox
(If Flat Dollar Amount) Enter Discount Amount in Amount Textbox
Enter Promo Code Expiration Date in Expires Date Box
Select Credits in Usable For Dropdown
Add Promo Code Description in Description Textbox
Set Base Price Only Check Box
Set Minimum Order Amount Check Box
Click "Create Promo Code" Button
