Create an Issue
Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
Click the “+ Add Issue” Button
In “Add Issue” modal window:
Select Issue Type from Issue Type Dropdown
Select Location from Location Dropdown
Enter Issue Description in Description Textbox
(Optional: Mention Employee) Enter “@” symbol in Description Textbox
(Optional: Mention Employee) Select Employee or Admin from Employee Dropdown List
(Optional: Tag Participant) Type Participant Name in Participant(s) Textbox
(Optional: Tag Participant) Select Participant for Participant Dropdown List
(Optional: Add Attachment) Click “Browse Files” Button
(Optional: Add Attachment) Select relevant photo, document or video from Computer
Click “Create Issue” Button
Add Note to an Issue
Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
Click on the selected Issue to open
Enter Note in New Note Textbox
(Optional: Tag Employee) Enter “@” symbol in New Note Textbox
(Optional: Tag Employee) Select Employee or Admin from Employee Dropdown List
(Optional: Add Attachment) Tap “Attach File” Button
(Optional: Add Attachment) Select relevant photo, document or video from Computer
Tap “Send” Button
Resolve an Issue
Option 1 Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
Click “More Options” Button (Three Dots)
Click "Resolve” Button
Option 2 Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
Click on the selected Issue to open
Click "Resolve" Button
Reopen/Unresolve an Issue
Option 1 Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
Click Resolved Tab
Click “More Options” Button (Three Dots)
Click "Unresolve” Button
Option 2 Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
Click Resolved Tab
Click on the selected Issue to open
Click "Unresolve" Button
Subscribe to an Issue
Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
Click on the selected Issue to open
Click "Subscribe to be Notified" Button
Unsubscribe to an Issue
Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
Click on the selected Issue to open
Click "Bell" Button
Export Issues to CSV
Steps:
Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar
(Optional: Filter By Date ) Click Date Dropdown under "Filter Via" and enter Date Range
(Optional: Filter by Location) Click Location Check Boxes under "Filter Via"
Click "Export CSV" Button
In “Export Issues” modal window:
Click “Opened” Check Box (View Open Issues)
Click “Resolved” Check Box (View Resolved Issues)
Click “Download CSV” Button
