Create an Issue

Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click the “+ Add Issue” Button

  3. In “Add Issue” modal window:

    1. Select Issue Type from Issue Type Dropdown

    2. Select Location from Location Dropdown

    3. Enter Issue Description in Description Textbox

      1. (Optional: Mention Employee) Enter “@” symbol in Description Textbox

      2. (Optional: Mention Employee) Select Employee or Admin from Employee Dropdown List

    4. (Optional: Tag Participant) Type Participant Name in Participant(s) Textbox

    5. (Optional: Tag Participant) Select Participant for Participant Dropdown List

    6. (Optional: Add Attachment) Click “Browse Files” Button

    7. (Optional: Add Attachment) Select relevant photo, document or video from Computer

  4. Click “Create Issue” Button

Add Note to an Issue

Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click on the selected Issue to open

  3. Enter Note in New Note Textbox

    1. (Optional: Tag Employee) Enter “@” symbol in New Note Textbox

    2. (Optional: Tag Employee) Select Employee or Admin from Employee Dropdown List

  4. (Optional: Add Attachment) Tap “Attach File” Button

  5. (Optional: Add Attachment) Select relevant photo, document or video from Computer

  6. Tap “Send” Button

Resolve an Issue

Option 1 Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click “More Options” Button (Three Dots)

  3. Click "Resolve” Button

Option 2 Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click on the selected Issue to open

  3. Click "Resolve" Button

Reopen/Unresolve an Issue

Option 1 Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click Resolved Tab

  3. Click “More Options” Button (Three Dots)

  4. Click "Unresolve” Button

Option 2 Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click Resolved Tab

  3. Click on the selected Issue to open

  4. Click "Unresolve" Button

Subscribe to an Issue

Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click on the selected Issue to open

  3. Click "Subscribe to be Notified" Button

Unsubscribe to an Issue

Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. Click on the selected Issue to open

  3. Click "Bell" Button

Export Issues to CSV

Steps:

  1. Click "Issues" in Top Menu Bar

  2. (Optional: Filter By Date ) Click Date Dropdown under "Filter Via" and enter Date Range

  3. (Optional: Filter by Location) Click Location Check Boxes under "Filter Via"

  4. Click "Export CSV" Button

  5. In “Export Issues” modal window:

    1. Click “Opened” Check Box (View Open Issues)

    2. Click “Resolved” Check Box (View Resolved Issues)

    3. Click “Download CSV” Button
