Step 1: Completely Close and Reopen App

  1. Open App Switcher

  2. Swipe right until you find the FunJoin App

  3. Swipe up to close FunJoin App

  4. Return to Home Screen

  5. Tap FunJoin App Icon to open

Check: Did that solve your problem? If not, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Update the App in App Store

  1. Find FunJoin App in Apple App Store

  2. Tap "Update" Button

Check: Did that solve your problem? If not, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Log Out and Log Back In

If you cannot Log In, skip to Step 4.

  1. Tap "Mentions" in Tab Bar

  2. Tap Employee Profile Image (Upper Right-Hand Corner)

  3. Tap "Log Out" Button

  4. Tap "OK" on Log Out Warning Message

Check: Did that solve your problem? If not, proceed to Step 4.

Step 4: Disconnect and Reconnect to Server

If you are Logged In:

  1. Tap "Mentions" in Tab Bar

  2. Tap Employee Profile Image (Upper Right-Hand Corner)

  3. Tap "Change Server" Button

  4. Reconnect to Server:

If You Are Not Logged In:

  1. Tap "Change Server" Button

  2. Reconnect to Server:

Check: Did that solve your problem? If not, proceed to Step 5.

Step 5: Delete and Redownload App

  1. Long-Press the FunJoin App Icon

  2. Tap "Remove App"

  3. Tap "Delete App"
