You have the ability to add a deadline to Scheduling in the Customer Hub. When active, Customers will not be able to Schedule a Session or Program a set number of days before the Session or Program starts.

You can think of this feature as adding a Cut-Off Policy or Scheduling Deadline. This is an optional feature that can be turned on or off at any time. This Scheduling Deadline applies to all your Programs and Sessions, across all Fun Boxes and Locations.

Use this feature if you do not want Customers Scheduling at the last minute.

Getting to Know Scheduling Deadline:

Program Scheduling Stop: Customer cannot Schedule a Program in the Customer Hub this many days prior to the Program start date.

Session Scheduling Stop: Customer cannot Schedule a Session in the Customer Hub this many days prior to the Session.

Note: These do not need to be the same amount of days. You can have one active and the other turned off.

Example:

A Summer Camp offers One Day Sessions and Week Long Programs. They want to implement a Scheduling Deadline.

Program Schedule Stop (7 Days)

Customers will not be able to Schedule this Program within 7 days of the Program beginning. If the Program starts Monday, July 16th, they will need to Schedule by Sunday, July 8th.

Session Schedule Stop (3 Days)

Customers will not be able to Schedule a Session within 3 days of the Session. If the Session occurs Saturday, July 7th, they will need to Schedule by Tuesday, July 3rd.
