Schedule and Pay Flow
Open the Customer Hub
On the Availability Page, review available Sessions and/or Programs
Click the "Schedule & Pay" Button
Enter your Cell Phone Number
Enter SMS Code you received
Step 1: Add Your Participant
Click “Add Participant” Button
In Add Participant modal window,
Enter Participant First Name
Enter Participant Last Name
Enter Participant Pronouns
Enter Participant Date of Birth
Optional: Enter Participant Medical Considerations
Example: "Lactose Intolerant"
Optional: Enter Participant Allergies
Example: "Peanuts"
Optional: Enter any Notes
Example: "Also goes by the name Kat"
Optional: Click “Add Photo” Button
Optional: Select Photo from Computer
Optional Click Open
(If needed) Crop image in Crop Image modal window
(If needed) Click “Save Changes” Button in Crop Image modal window
Click “Save” Button
If Needed: Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional participants
Click on Participant's Name to select them
Step 2: Select Reservations
To Add a Program:
Click the “Programs” Tab
Select Month
Open the selected Schedule Set
Select Offering
Click “->” Button
Review Details
Click the “Secure Reservation” Button
To Add a Session:
Click "Sessions" Tab
Select Month
Click on a Individual Active Date
Select Offering
Click “->” Button
Review Details
Click the “Secure Reservation” Button
