Schedule and Pay Flow

  1. Open the Customer Hub

  2. On the Availability Page, review available Sessions and/or Programs

  3. Click the "Schedule & Pay" Button

  4. Enter your Cell Phone Number

  5. Enter SMS Code you received


Step 1: Add Your Participant

  1. Click “Add Participant” Button

  2. In Add Participant modal window,

    1. Enter Participant First Name

    2. Enter Participant Last Name

    3. Enter Participant Pronouns

    4. Enter Participant Date of Birth

    5. Optional: Enter Participant Medical Considerations

      1. Example: "Lactose Intolerant"

    6. Optional: Enter Participant Allergies

      1. Example: "Peanuts"

    7. Optional: Enter any Notes

      1. Example: "Also goes by the name Kat"

    8. Optional: Click “Add Photo” Button

      1. Optional: Select Photo from Computer

      2. Optional Click Open

        1. (If needed) Crop image in Crop Image modal window

        2. (If needed) Click “Save Changes” Button in Crop Image modal window

  3. Click “Save” Button

  4. If Needed: Repeat steps 1-3 to add additional participants

  5. Click on Participant's Name to select them

Step 2: Select Reservations

  1. To Add a Program:

    1. Click the “Programs” Tab

    2. Select Month

    3. Open the selected Schedule Set

    4. Select Offering

    5. Click “->” Button

    6. Review Details

    7. Click the “Secure Reservation” Button

  2. To Add a Session:

    1. Click "Sessions" Tab

    2. Select Month

    3. Click on a Individual Active Date

    4. Select Offering

    5. Click “->” Button

    6. Review Details

    7. Click the “Secure Reservation” Button

Step 3: Checkout
